With a first-hand understanding of the hospitality industry and its growing demand for skilled professionals, he built CV Education Solutions from the ground up — starting with a single mission: to connect Austria’s finest restaurants and hotels with the world-class culinary talent emerging from Asia. What began as a trusted word-of-mouth service in Salzburg grew organically into an internationally recognised consultancy, now proudly operating across Vienna, Graz, Austria, Germany, and India. In 2026, the company entered a defining new chapter. CV Education Solutions India was established in New Delhi — co-founded by Ms. Shilpa Mangothra, a Chartered Financial Analyst, Masters in Finance, and former Big 4 professional with KPMG Vienna and PwC Vienna — bringing over 8 years of international financial and consulting expertise to the organisation. Working in close partnership with legal expert Ms. Mohini Dhingra, the India entity was built to create a structured, professional, and transparent pathway for India’s talented professionals to access life-changing opportunities in Europe.

Strengthening the India operations further, Mr. Puneet Kapoor serves as Managing Partner and Head of Operations — India Branch. With extensive experience in business development, marketing, and international relations, Mr. Kapoor brings the leadership, local expertise, and global outlook needed to guide students and job seekers toward their international aspirations. With the India branch now fully operational, Mr. Kapoor and his team are committed to delivering exceptional service to every client across India — helping them take their first confident step toward a world-class career in Europe.
