Having lived the experience of building a career in European hospitality from the ground up, navigating visa processes, cultural transitions, and professional challenges entirely on his own, Dheeraj knows better than anyone what it truly takes. That personal journey became his purpose. In July 2024, he founded CV Education Solutions with one powerful conviction, to guide students and skilled professionals the way nobody once guided him. Today, he brings his first-hand expertise, deep industry connections, and genuine passion for people to every student he mentors and every professional he places, turning hospitality dreams into reality, one career at a time.

Ms. Shilpa Mangothra is the strategic mind behind CV Education Solutions India. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Masters in Finance graduate, she brings over 8 years of distinguished professional experience, including 4 years with globally renowned Big 4 firms KPMG Vienna and PwC Vienna. Fluent in German, English, and Hindi, and having lived and worked across both India and Austria, she brings an unparalleled understanding of both markets to the organisation. Recognising the immense potential of India’s talented and educated workforce and the growing demand for quality professionals across Europe, she co-founded the India entity in New Delhi in 2026.
